Fees for services are clearly stated prior to purchase. All payments must be made in full according to the selected pricing plan. Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. One-time services may qualify for partial refunds if cancellation occurs before project initiation.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” PHYRAVEX makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHYRAVEX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
PHYRAVEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service within the preceding 30 days.
PHYRAVEX may suspend or terminate access immediately if a user violates these Terms. Users may terminate their account at any time by submitting a written request.
Upon termination, access to services ceases, and outstanding payments remain due.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
